Just a leisurely 2-minute stroll to Flinders Lane, we found ourselves amidst world-class shopping, famous theatres, and premier family-friendly entertainment. The hotel's close proximity to Southbank Promenade and a fun park with a ferris wheel delighted our kids, ensuring no shortage of laughter and joy.

My children wanted more kid-friendly meal options at the hotel's restaurant.

The charm of the historic architecture was truly captivating. Walking through the grand halls and elegant settings felt like stepping into the pages of an Edwardian-era novel. It was as if the hotel had whisked me away to a bygone era, where luxury and opulence reigned supreme.

Misleading room amenities.

First stay's early check-in impressed me. This place suits me perfectly; they have Wi-Fi, luggage storage, and a 24-hour reception. Also, the bar, restaurant, and exercise gym are great. The flat-screen TV and electric kettle are handy. I'm coming back for my trip.

The accommodation we stayed at was absolutely perfect for a relaxing getaway with my partner. The location couldn't be more convenient, with Flinders station right opposite and easy access to public transport. We loved walking to many of Melbourne's attractions. The room itself was clean and comfortable, with attention to detail in the decor. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the buffet breakfast was a highlight.

The bathroom in the room was a bit on the small side, lacking space for two people to pass each other comfortably. the position of the toilet in relation to the shower glass wall was not ideal, causing some inconvenience.

I chose this hotel for attending a trade show because it provides a prime location in the heart of the central business district, well suited for both business and leisure. The facilities and services were suitable for my business needs, and the location made it easy to explore the city during my free time.

One service that I missed for my work was a more personalized business center support to assist with printing and other business needs.

As a senior woman, I appreciated the easy accessibility of the main areas and the nearby attractions. I would appreciate better TV reception for a more enjoyable stay for senior people.

We loved the location of the hotel, so close to the railway station and within walking distance to everything this city has to offer. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained. The staff were friendly and accommodating, we had a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

We loved our stay at this place! The location is amazing - it's just across the Southbank, right opposite the station and there are a variety of restaurants just across the road from Flinders Street station. The room amenities were exceptional, with everything you needed from an ironing board and mini-bar to air conditioning and flat-screen TV. We also enjoyed the dining options, with a buffet breakfast, in-room breakfast and a snack bar available.

We had an incredible stay! We would highly recommend this venue to any family members visiting the area, without hesitation.

The comfortable bed and well-organized room provided everything I needed to a high standard.

The bathroom was quite small and the light had a sensor that couldn't be turned off, a bit inconvenient. there was only one uncomfortable chair in the room, and the bar closed early on a Saturday night.
